waterdrop®'s loyalty program goes far beyond a generic points-based system and is strategically designed to build in habit formation to their customers leading to high CLV. These flows were designed to maintain engagement in the program and stay top-of-mind.

Working with the waterdrop® team, we were able to integrate APP-focused flows into Klaviyo to build out the lifestyle element of the brand and keep customer engagement sky-high on mobile devices.

We joined forces with the waterdrop team to help them launch LUCY®, their latest creation over email.
