Convert your Instagram followers to SMS Subscribers using automated DMs.
How it’s used with your ESP:
You can use klaviyo subscribe links and hand it over to HiTide app to run campaigns for collecting SMS subscribers from the Instagram profile. It will reply automatically to DMs to those customers who are interested in subscribing and handle the consent there. Huge friction remover and makes it easy to grow list proactively.
Key Insight:
Most brands are ignoring that Instagram is one of the places their subscribers are really active. Using a platform like HiTide makes it easy to utilize that estate area and convert into SMS subscribers. ROI is great here. We are expecting more brands to be active in this area in the near future. Currently it’s not actively done.

On a monthly basis you can run campaigns there to have a SMS growth goal from Instagram and have your retention agency give you updates on that.
2: Acquisition
Amped
Amped stands out as the premier solution for on-site conversion optimization through sophisticated popup experiences. Their advanced targeting capabilities and design flexibility make them unmatched in the space.
How it's used with your ESP:
Popups are notorious for being limited in nature. Amped changes that as it has almost every kind of targeting and design needs you will have. It has integration with all major ESPs and helps in increasing conversion rates of popups.
Key Insight:
If your current popups are not performing well after lots of testing and you are feeling limited in what you can do with your current provider then Amped might be a good bet for you. They got acquired by MailChimp but it’s not a deal breaker as the integration works smoothly.
Digioh

Key Insight:
Quizzes are almost cheat-codes for a lot of brands but paying thousands of dollars for a robust quiz system is what most brands fear from. Digioh solves that as it got most of your needs covered and having smooth integration with major platforms make sure that your flows feel personalized and you can do segmentation as well using those properties and on top of that giving a robust system for customer identification and on site offer conversion optimization through offers is cherry on cake.
KnoCommerce
KnoCommerce has positioned itself as a game-changing post-purchase survey platform, helping brands uncover crucial attribution insights and customer behavior patterns. Key Insight:
Zero party and first party data both are heavily underutilized. Brands are still not pushing boundaries high enough to leverage them in retention space. Knocommerce helps in collecting the data and feeding back to the strategist to improve the overall performance. Paid teams are already doing it but retention teams are lacking here. This should change.

It integrates well with klaviyo and yotpo and its key feature is to craft bundles offers that are otherwise hard to make using normal workflows, can make onsite dynamic offers, targeting winback customers with exact products and landing pages crafted for them and a lot more.
Key Insight:
A lot of times email strategists feel limited with the type of discounting and bundle offers with native Shopify features. Rebuy has almost every kind of possibility so marketers can go crazy with them and test them as they reduce friction. One example is lets say you are sending an email where you are featuring 4 different products. Now if those products don’t have a bundle then you can make one using rebuy and do a discount at the bottom of the email if they buy together, that link will bring them to checkout directly with discount code applied and products added. That’s cool stuff and one of the examples it can do.
Loop Subscriptions

Where a subscription platform shines is when you incorporate the triggers it give to make robust customer journeys. Loop has the flow triggers and custom properties that feed into klaviyo and can be used to trigger flows + use them in segmentation to send highly relevant emails and SMS. One cool example of using the properties is to show different banners to subscription vs non subscription customers and changing offers for them.

4: Retention Diagnosis
Lifetimely
LifeTimely provides deep cohort analysis capabilities, helping brands understand customer lifetime value and retention patterns with unprecedented clarity.
How it's used with your ESP:
The platform's insights can be used to create highly targeted segments within your ESP for customized retention campaigns based on cohort performance and most importantly figuring out when and where to send targeted messaging.
Key Insight:
What most marketers do is they assume stuff. “Oh lets trigger a winback 60 days after purchase because we do that for all brands”. But what’s missing is that each brand is different. Key Insight:
Reporting is one of the most tedious tasks that marketers have to do after all of the hard work from strategy to execution and it also takes a good chunk of time. Hiro solves that and smoothly integrates with klaviyo and gives you a nice dashboard where you can see the data and insights from them. A LOT more than your default klaviyo templates.

Transactional emails are probably the most slept thing on ecommerce. Most brands we audit don’t have them or just have barely made order confirmation emails. Using tools like loop and wonderment allows you to be in control of all the messaging from the time of purchase till the order is delivered. We often see these flows beating a lot of other highly strategized flows. So use these definitely as you can brand the experience + increase revenue as well.
ReviewsIO
ReviewsIO stands out in the review management space with their robust platform and comprehensive integration capabilities.
How it's used with your ESP:
The platform enables automated review collection emails, segmentation based on review sentiment, and targeted campaigns based on customer feedback.
Key Insight:
Most review emails are generic as they use static images that never change. ReviewsIO change that as it integrates REALLY well with almost all ESPs and allows you to collect, display reviews well in the emails and make them dynamic and more engaging. One cool example is showing dynamic reviews in checkout flow to boost authority or collecting reviews by timely messaging them after delivery.
